Service Description

Foundational program that equips students with the knowledge, practice, and confidence to teach yoga through training in postures, anatomy, philosophy, sequencing, and safe instruction, with a focus on Ashtanga, Vinyasa, and Slow Burn Yoga. The 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training by the School for the Spiritually Gifted is a comprehensive and transformational program designed to develop confident, knowledgeable, and purpose-driven yoga teachers while guiding students through a deeply personal healing journey. This training is rooted in the philosophy that you don’t just learn how to teach yoga—you become the practice. Blending traditional yogic foundations with modern, trauma-informed approaches, the program integrates movement, breath, discipline, and self-study to create a full-spectrum experience of growth, awareness, and embodiment. At the core of the training is the Healing Program, a signature component that supports students in doing their own inner work while learning to hold space for others. Throughout the program, students are challenged to cultivate discipline, consistency, and presence, while also learning how to lead classes that are intentional, safe, and energetically aligned. This training is ideal for: -Individuals ready to deepen their personal practice -Aspiring yoga teachers seeking a strong, structured foundation -Leaders, healers, and professionals looking to integrate mindfulness and movement into their work By the end of the program, participants will be able to: -Confidently teach full-length yoga classes rooted in breath and alignment -Design and sequence classes using intentional frameworks -Understand the body, energy systems, and student needs -Hold space for transformation in both group and individual settings -Step into teaching with clarity, authenticity, and purpose
