Service Description

A foundational program that teaches the philosophy, anatomy, and meditative practice of Yin Yoga, preparing students to skillfully guide slow, restorative postures that cultivate deep relaxation, joint health, and mindful awareness. The 50-Hour Yin Yoga Teacher Training by the School for the Spiritually Gifted is a deeply immersive, healing-centered program designed to guide students into the art of slowing down, releasing, and reconnecting with the body on a profound level. This training explores Yin Yoga as both a physical and energetic practice, focusing on long-held postures that target the connective tissues, improve joint mobility, and support the nervous system. Students will learn how to create space in the body while cultivating stillness in the mind—an essential balance in today’s fast-paced world. Over the course of four weeks, students will not only deepen their personal practice but also develop the skills to confidently guide others through Yin experiences that promote healing, restoration, and self-discovery. This training is ideal for: -Yoga teachers looking to expand their offerings -Wellness practitioners seeking restorative modalities -Individuals on a personal healing journey By the end of the program, participants will be equipped to: -Teach safe and effective Yin Yoga classes -Sequence classes with intention and energetic awareness -Hold safe spaces for emotional and physical release -Integrate Yin principles into life This is more than a certification—it is an invitation to slow down, soften, and transform from within.
