Day 1: Arrival Grounding


Theme: Slow Down; Finding Ground in the Present
Affirmation: I give myself permission to rest. I belong in spaces of peace and presence.

Day 2: Self-Work, Flow & Connection- THE BODY REMEMBERS


Theme: Embodiment & Awareness, Emotional Honesty + Movement
Affirmation: My body is not broken. My body remembers, and I honor its story.
I carry strength in every cell and I allow softness in every breath.

  • Sunrise Flow

Afternoon:

  • Group Activity: Self Care and Wellness Conversations

  • Yin Yoga & Soundbath

Day 3: Inner Stillness & Self-Inquiry


Theme: Silence, Reflection & Inner Voice- Gratitude + Forward Vision
Affirmation: My voice is sacred. I speak with clarity, courage, and care. What I say matters and I do not have to shrink to be safe.

  • Dinner & Open Mic Soul Circle – poetry, stories, songs, laughs

Day 4: Heart Opening & Integration


Theme: Connection & Celebration
Affirmation: I am part of a collective rising. I honor myself by honoring others. Joy is my birthright. Love is my language.
